These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of spiritofthesky.art ("Site"), where I, Victoria Von, share my esoteric artworks and coloring books. The Site is intended for individuals aged 13 and older. You may browse the Site to explore my artworks, purchase physical or digital products, and engage with content such as blog posts. Spirit of the Sky offers esoteric paintings and coloring books, available as physical items or digital downloads. When you make a purchase:
Physical Products: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Shipping details, including costs and estimated delivery times, are provided at checkout. I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processes. For more information, please review our Shipping Policy.
Digital Products: Upon purchase, you will receive a download link via email. Digital coloring books are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or resold without written permission.
In the future, Spirit of the Sky may offer Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) as part of my artwork collection. If implemented, NFT purchases may be facilitated through third-party platforms, and additional terms from those platforms will apply. I strive to ensure all product descriptions are accurate; however, slight variations in color or design may occur due to the handmade nature of physical artworks. If an item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us at art.spiritofthesky@gmail.com within 14 days for assistance, as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.
4. Role and Responsibility
Spirit of the Sky facilitates the sale of my artworks directly to you. Prema Vision LLC acts as the seller, and any purchase contract is between you and Prema Vision LLC. I am responsible for preparing and shipping physical orders or providing digital download links. I am not liable for issues beyond my control, such as shipping delays or customs fees, but I will do my best to assist with any concerns.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including artworks, coloring books, texts, and designs, is the property of Prema Vision LLC, created by Victoria Von. Unless otherwise stated, all images on this site are the property of Prema Vision LLC, created by Victoria Von ©. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this content for personal use only, but you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or sublicense any material from spiritofthesky.art without prior written permission from Prema Vision LLC. We value creativity and respectfully ask you to honor the artistry shared here.
6. User Content
If you choose to leave comments, reviews, or feedback on the Site, you grant Prema Vision LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce this content for promotional purposes.
